This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed by customers located in the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online store. Currently, we only ship from our warehouse located at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong to all addresses across the United Kingdom.


🕒 Delivery Schedule

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Transit Time: 6–8 business days with standard delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery Window: 7–10 business days from the date of order.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


🚚 Carrier Partners

We ship all orders via trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, DHL, and DPD.


💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders within the UK.
  • PaidShipping: Not currently offered.

✏️ Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please email our support team at support@brume-mode.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the daily cut-off time. We will do our best to update your shipping information before the order is processed.


🏠 Not at Home?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You will be notified with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.


📦 Refusing Delivery

If you refuse a delivery, return shipping costs and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We'll assist you in resolving the issue, whether through a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
