💳 Refund & Return Policy — Brume Mode
At Brume Mode, we want every customer to feel confident about their shoewear purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process in compliance with UK consumer protection law.
1) Return Window
You may return eligible shoewear items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Returns due to size issues must meet the same condition requirements (unworn, clean soles).
2) Return Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free.
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
3) How to Return
- Contact Us: Email support@brume-mode.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Repack: Securely place the shoewear in its original packaging along with any accessories or documents.
- Ship: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. Use the recommended carrier or your preferred method.
4) Refunds
- After the return is received, we inspect the shoewear to ensure it meets return criteria.
- Approved refunds are processed within up to 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
5) Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Contact us at support@brume-mode.com and we’ll help you arrange a quick exchange with prioritized processing.
6) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some shoewear products (e.g. socks or insoles) may be marked as non-returnable on the product page once opened or used.
